摘要
中国的农民人口在我国人口比重中占近50%，如何调动农民的积极性、创造力以及提高农民的整体素质，密切影响着社会主义现代化建设进程。本文通过对X镇居民民间信仰、人情仪式观念的转变情况以及媒体文化水平和生态环境意识现状进行研究，并把观念变迁和乡村社会治理联系起来，从而了解乡村社会在传统和新潮思想的碰撞与融合下，其社会秩序、社会伦理状况发生着什么样的变化。

The farmers in China's population accounted for nearly 50% of the population in our country, the how to arouse the enthusiasm of farmers, creativity, and improve the whole quality of farmers, closely affects the process of socialist modernization construction.This article through to the X town residents and changing attitudes of folk beliefs, social rituals media culture level and study the present situation of the ecological environment consciousness, and the change of idea and the rural social governance, to understand rural society under the collision and fusion of traditional and new ideas, its social order, what kind of place the social ethics.
