本设计按年产1500吨85%纯度乳酸的设计要求,以大米及麸皮为原料,选择德式乳酸杆菌为菌种,采用微生物发酵法生产乳酸,通过离子交换法提纯得到符合纯度要求的乳酸。根据年产量、物料衡算及水汽衡算的计算结果确定设备的选型。主要设备选取3台过滤面积为10m³的板框压滤机,2个预热罐,2个沉降罐,1个离子交换柱等。最后采用autocad软件绘制出工艺流程图,车间设备布置图及车间剖视图。
