Dear Mike,
I can understand your feeling very well. I feel the very same like you before, and I tried to escape from my home and my school once. But I read an article one day which changed my mind. The article goes like, lots of students do not like their school and the way their teachers taught. They feel useless of their studing. But, why don't they think that how they can do jobs well when they gratuate by studying in shcool poorly?
After I read this article, I had decided to study hard in my shcool to be a successful person. This is the first step to be a successful person in my whole life.
So, I suggest you to change you mind. Try to feel and find interet point in you study time. And you also could read like me. You can find a lot of fun in your reading and may be a way you want to go. Then, you could study with a target.
I believe everything is going to be OK, and you will have a wonderful school life.
