There is an old English saying，“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. The old English saying is undoubtedly the words of wisdom. A person is by no means a machine. All human beings are not born to work at the highest intensity for non-stop working. A person is a real man, and he is not a robot.
The same reasoning of wisdom applies to the students. Students are born with flesh and blood and they are not robots either. Once the students keep themselves working continually without taking a rest, they will get mentally crazy and utterly worn out. Sooner or later, they will be sent to the asylum for lunatic cure.
In order to do away with this sort of tragedy, students should well plan their work and play time schedules in a properly organized manner. Everyday, they must spare a couple of hours to play and forget about working on studying. They have to make sure to get their body recharging with energy.
